Pool / Hot Tub / Spa Contractor

Overview

A pool, hot tub, or spa contractor is an individual, firm, corporation, or partnership who performs work regulated by code and for which a permit is required. They shall be registered with the City as a contractor.

Items Required for Registration

• $90 annual fee  
• $15 technology fee
• $10,000 Surety Bond made payable to the City of Canyon
• Pool / Hot Tub / Spa Contractor Registration Form (PDF)
