The Human Resource Director provides administrative support in the area of Personnel Services.
The Human Resource Director's responsibilities are as follows:
- Implementation of Personnel Rules and Regulations as they pertain to City Employees
- Administration of Employee's Health Benefit Programs
- Custodian of Employee Records and Employment Verification
- Conducts New Employee Orientation and Employee Exit Interviews
- Serves as a Notary Public of the State of Texas
