2. What do I need a permit for?

• Storage buildings greater than 200 square foot


• Re-roofing a house


• Installing a water heater


• Electrical, plumbing, heating, and air repairs (you may repair them yourself if it is your homestead, otherwise, you must hire a contractor)

You do not need a permit for a fence, but there are fencing requirements.
